I didn&#8217;t have a dock yet for my MBP and so it was sitting in an old stand with some small docs plugged into the TB ports. The website advertises that this dock works with both 14 and 16 MBP and the Air. I wasn&#8217;t sure how they accomplished that till I got the box &#8211; but after opening &#8211; it became obvious. The three different bodies are all included and screw easily onto the base\/dock with the included screws and driver.
