I saw a link today to a NPR interview<\/a> with Jeff Hawkins<\/a> [wikipedia]<\/i>, creator of the Palm Pilot, Treo and currently the Executive Director and Chairman of the Redwood Neuroscience Institute<\/a>. His book On Intelligence was the most amazing book I read in 2004. His theory of what makes Intelligence happen in meat-space is very convincing.
